Frank is the co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of EZA Hill. Prior to joining EZA Hill, he was the Portfolio Manager and Head of Transactions at PGIM Real Estate from 2018-2022 where he oversaw the value-added fund series and led the transactions deal teams covering Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and South Korea. Before PGIM, Frank was co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Viva Industrial Trust, a Singapore-listed REIT that merged with ESR-REIT in 2018. Frank graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in Economics.
Prior to joining EZA Hill, Larry worked at Axiom Asia Private Capital, where he managed the finance, tax and fund operations of the funds managed by the firm. Before Axiom, Larry was with HOPU Investments, where he played a critical role in driving various investment closing and oversaw all finance, accounting, capital markets and tax matters for HOPU’s affiliate company - Triwater Asset Management Holdings – which specialized in real estate investments. Prior to that, Larry was a Fund Controller at Partners Group. Larry graduated from the University of Western Australia with a B.Comm in Accounting and Finance and is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA Australia).
